Diversity and inclusion are starting points, but my passion is building just and ethical systems and supporting people creating right relations. My academic work is co-research with young children, using visual facilitation to think about how we can create together queer and trans centred spaces. My commitment is to focusing on the needs and knowledge of those most impacted. When we address the needs of the most marginalized, we make things better for whole communities.
